Ok I know real world ET & dyno runs don't mix but does anyone have an idea on what 286HP & 300 torque would be in 1/4 ET? for a Turbo Regal Limited.

the torque seems a little low for the hp but i would guess low 13s with a 1.8 60 ft. possibly a high 12 if you really launched it

13.5 at 100 in a race weight of 3600 lbs

Do you want me to email you the program?

Our 4200 pound GS convertible makes 276 hp and 360 to the wheels, it has run a 1/8th mile best of low 8.4's, thats low 13's in the quarter, maybe even high 12's. A lighter car, better traction, but less torque would probably yield the same times

Any guesses?

You would run 12.96 at 105.17 on a 1.80 sixty foot on a 28 inch tall tire with 3.42 gears.
My guess, with a better hook 12.70 at 106.5
Depends on how long the 345 stays close to 345 from 3500 - 5000 RPM

I just dyno'd at 305hp, and 426 ft lbs. I have run a best of 13.035 on a 1.77 60 ft. That was my first run with the car the way it is. I know that i could cut a better 60 ft with a little work, and run in the 12's. Even if I got a cool enough night, I think I could hit 12's. That is stock turbo and intercooler on pump gas too. Mods in sig.

Why don't you just take it to the track and see what it runs? The dyno is a tuning tool, not the last word in performance.

Good deal

I have the boost at 24 now, but with a stock exhaust and test pipe. I will be putting on a used BGC elbow and downpipe with a Torque Tech cat back system/Super Turbo mufflers.
Looking at the Dyno runs, the boost went to 24 then immediately lowered to 22, I guess due to the overly restrictive exhaust. Opening it up should make a major difference in spool-up and help with the ET.
I am thinking I should dial the boost back with the new exhaust flowing much better. 22 PSI should be good for some weekend fun on the drag radials.
Hoping for 12.50 on the first track run!
