I was wondering if it's possible the weld stock blocks in areas
where there should be extra meat , in order to drill and tape extra
bolt holes for 14 bolt heads.

Since these motors make so much power. With a girlde and extra bolt heads you can build a reliable block.

Just wondering if anyone has tryed it or has any input.

Stage motors cost too much and there seems to be alot of
junk out there?

Thnks all.

I would not be concerned, many people have gone 9s without such radical mods. Worry about the crank spliting in half first !

RUNNIN 9'S ONCE OR TWICE THEN BLOWN A HEAD GASKET IS NOT A REIABLE RIDE AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.
THAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE STOCK ENGINE.

SO BY ADDING EXTRA BOLTS TO THE HEADS MAKES IT BETTER.

We have "head clamps" in stock. That allow the extra bolt holes on 14 bolt heads to be used on a stock block to increase clamping force. No welding required.

Will these head clamps work on m&a heads or champion only?
