LOL yes. im saying its a lot and some black fluid leaking out. when i push the gas

The black fluid is water/moisture that has built up in the exhaust and its coming out black do to the exhaust

x2 on the does it go away after being run a while? How long has the car been sitting without being brought up to operating temp and driven? It could be condensation that is being stained by the carbon lining the inside of the exhaust pipes.

I've seen mine after just sitting 2 days leave a nice 6 inch round wet mark on both sides just from being warmed up in the am (of course mine are pretty clean wet spots due to me recently having a cat back put on in march).
