Factory Security System

Hello everyone- wanted to see if anyone can help me out there??- I have a 87 GN with a factory security alarm. I have no clue on how the alarm works?? When I first got the vehicle apprx. two years ago the security alarm would go on- I checked the bulb today after pulling the dash apart and the bulb is good....I also checked the fuse block and the fuse is good to go....Im selling the car andf just want everything to work for the next owner...your help would be greatly appreciated- thanks....Mike my phone is 860-982-7635 and my personal email is o321Marine@aol.com

What's it doing now? Is the light on or does the bulb just not light or flash?

Found the PROB!!

After read several threads on the alarm, I found that one of the sets of wires or both were not plugged into the secutity module/located behind the light module... the threads were extremely helpful...apppreciate the response.... Mike
