Nope, But it wouldn't matter to me..send him a PM stating that if you haven't received it by ..say 10-7-09 that you will file a claim with paypal. A deal on this board is a business deal, wether you know them or not..my 0.02$

watch the time on the paypal claim. 30 day i think it is. once the claim is filed an email goes out from paypal to respond within a given time.
once that time is up and no reply from him, the funds are given back to the buyer. good luck.
