Bought these hood shocks but turns out they must be for a glass hood. They are free to whoever needs them. Must meet one of the following criterias: have a glass hood, post a pic. You pay shipping if need to be shipped.
If you have a pic of turbolou during a lude act with a sheep, post a pic.

Thank you.

I bought some new hood shocks at the yard sale, turns out they must be for a glass hood. Not strong enough to hold up my factory steel hood. If anyone has some shocks they are willing to trade, lmk.
Cheap bastard go buy some new ones & are you by any chance related to that Jeff Rand . I bet you both assuming went that far in school still have your eighth grade graduation money. I also bet that your wallet is dry rotted from seldom opening it. Then trying to trade off a pair of blown hood hood struts for a good set from some poor unsuspecting Buick owner. Well there should be a very special place in hell for you. In light of this I can remain silent no longer. :wacky:

Lou, you are so cheap, you use blown out hood shocks for fiberglass hoods?! Good lord!

Jeremy,
rock auto has Monroe hood struts.
MONROE 901203 @ $9.63 ea

now you and that other "cheap bastard" can afford to be"at one with god"
and spread the joy, in this holiday season.

and any reference to MR RAND, ( a soon to be EX kalif resident) will be relayed to santa, and your stocking will be filled coal, while your still wearing it.

no disrespect to God, it was just for the effect.

Thanks Lee. I ordered some ac delco shocks just to show Lou how frivolous I am with my whoring money. He's the only man on this forum with "turbo" in his name that does NOT own a Buick...:p I can say that now days :D
He has also admitted his jealousy of my good looks and youth, and will continue to try and defame my name.

This is understandable behavior being as you age, you regress mentally and physically. Lou is now closer to his teenage mindset than the very knowledgeable, and highly motivated business man he once was.
By the time he gets back from watching Guy run his car, he will likely be sleeping in a fetal position, wearing a diaper and sucking his thumb....or worst.

I just hope that some time in the near future, mean chicken head, stuffs Lou's turkey in that hello kitty car he owns.

Hi Lou!!!

Funny, I just gave Neal a nicely used set of hood struts for his fiberglass hood at Mike's BBQ/ Swap meet.

Lou may not "own" a Buick (right now) but his pecker tracks are all over hundreds of Buicks across the country, pure and simple.

As I type this, Lou is slaving away to, in his words, "pay his dinner tab" by doing a rear brake job on my car. A pretty good deal in my eyes....

As he has told me so many times, "To become old and wise one must first be young and dumb".

I know you two love to rib each other but in all honesty, Lou won't just be watching my car, he'll be there supporting and tuning on it. :D That's pretty got damn cool the way I see it.

Hopefully Nick and I can convince him to bring his Hellcat and see what it will do on a prepped track.

Again, it's all in fun and I know you guys share a mutual "gotcha" thing, but Lou deserves a LOT of respect here, jus' sayin'. ;)

Guy, I couldn't agree more. But the day you see me and Lou stop busting each others balls is the day the love has been lost. It's obvious I want him to own another Buick. I have a ton of respect for Lou, especially for being his age and still putting in more work than the average lazy 25-50 year old man. If I lived closer to leasure world, I would frequent his shop for sure. Now I've said enough, this kindness is a sign of weakness and I can't let Lou get the upper hand on me. Let us know how the track goes!

If you still are looking to donate some hood shocks my vise grips could be used for other vise grip dutys lol.

When my new ones get here, they are all you're. I'll let you know when you can pick them up

makes me all gooey inside, ( oh darn, that wasn't "inside")
