I can get good pull up to about 20 psi, and it is configured to go 24 psi.
When the boost goes beyond 20 psi, it feels like the car is going up a hill, but still holds boost.
My guess is that timing is severely retarding after 20psi, why I have no clue.
I currently run a 50/50 mix of 110 and 93 octance and it has showed the same symptoms. with full 110.
Note: knock gauge is not showing any knock.
The car is configured as:
TT 93 octance chip
ported stock heads
stock block bored .030 wit nice shiny internals
208 cam
36# injectors
3" dp w/adjustable wastegate
2.75" dual exhaust
stock intercoler
rjc boost controller
knock guage
no scanmaster ( I know...)
