Full Throttle-Not Very Happy

Thank You everyone for the very kind words here, it does maen a lot to us. We try very hard to provide the best possible customer service. I spoke to Nick on the phone and explained to him that a phone call to us would have fixed everything much easier and faster, since we had never spoke to him (the parts were bought by Larry) before he posted and we really did not know who he was. I am glad we spoke and got to know each other and we are looking forward to helping him and Larry in the future. Thanks guys for posting that we made contact and resolved your problems.

I am new to the TB scene and have ordered several parts from FTS. I received the first shipment promptly with no problems. I then orddered the Gen2 system and did not receive it for many days. I called and talked with Marianne, and was informed that the part was overordered and they were awaiting a new shipment. I guess it was confusing as I had been charged on my CC, and was expecting it. It was explained that they generally do not charge until shipping, but there was some confusion in house with quantities on hand. I continued ordering after that with the sale going on (which by the way, was unbeatable) and have been awaiting those parts. I called last week and everything but the Gen2 was shipped, and I am hoping to get them today.

I do understand the hectic times that must have been going on during this sale. I will say that speaking with Marianne was very pleasant and she was quite understanding with my concerns of not receiving the parts yet. She was quite apologetic that I was already charged also. I know that I have heard nothing but positive comments about Mike and the team at FTS, and will patiently await my parts - knowing I will get them as soon as they can get them to me. (Of course, it is easier to say this with my stock MAF out, since I have a buddy that is not driving his car and letting me use his MAF).

Thanks FTS for your efforts to make our cars run faster and faster...

Sorry about that. But I wanted to explain that I too went through some delays, but understand and feel that it will work out great. Don't get me wrong... I have been impatient in the past, but feel comfortable with this!

Get the pluginplay from caspers for your GENII(in case you don't know) They came out with it 2 months after I tazerd(startrektalk) my wiring

Some cases even exceed your expectations, as I ordered the ATR sway bar on 12-28-07. FTS told me it was on back order and probably wont have it for a few weeks. Im in no hurry due to winter and all. It showed up on 1-4-08. If thats back order, Im good with that!

It is all good, I was not offended or any of the such. I just realized how in depth I was getting and all.

BTW, what do you mean about the pluginplay? I am not sure what you may be referring to.

I did get my box today which had my LT1 MAF, my hot wire kit, my extender G chip and my powerlogger system. It pretty much sucks though, becouse I am awaiting the LC1 WBo2 and the Gen2 for the MAF. And the chip is burnt for the Gen2, so I can't even put in in yet to run my new Alky system.

I know, I know - WHAAAAAAAAA

I am wiring up the alky kit now and what a job. Not horrible, but just several things to do, and installing my dual pod mount to add my Casper knock gauge and all. It is keeping me busy, LOL...

I just got off the phone with Mike (Full Throttle), and I'm happy to say that the parts have been shipped, and shipped overnight. I was skeptical on whether this would turn out ok, but after speaking with Mike and with the due diligence of the Full Throttle team, things turned out better than expected. I am very happy the way I was ultimately treated as a customer.

Caspers has a plug and play unit for this one. Is it the same as yours??

Yes. look for it on their site. I unfortunately was 2 months to late and had to splice mine in. I can't remember the price. Good Luck
