Gay Games in Chicago?

Dont get me wrong Im not Gay bashing here but I just cant understand why a sexual orientation requires a week full of Olympic style contests. The weather in Chicago has been brutal close to 100 the past few days, but these games go on. I gotta say they are tuff if nothing else. I know i wouldnt run in a triathalon in this crazy heat. Special Olympics are great for obvious reasons but if the Gays are tryin to raise awareness for AIDS I would have to say theres a better way. I was wondering if anybody ever thought of having the straight games?

I'll agree with you man. The Special Olympics are one thing because to a reasonable extent the athletes may be limited.

The Gay Games? If they're such great athletes they should try out for the Olympics. It's a text book example of asking for equal rights but demanding extra privlidges.

AND they can't seem to figure out that you're not supposed to stand right in front of the door on the L

i heard that to help spread the word on aids awareness that some were tatooing the lower back area stating"please wear a condom"?..they sure are some tuff cookies,i did miss the whole thing,not too intune with that kinda stuff,but i agree the cross-dressing contest would have been fun to see..
