Brian im not trying bash you at all.I just saying if you wanted to make things right and make your money ,get my order to me thats all i wanted for you but you have all kind of reson why you didint ship my parts .I dont need that .like BRER RAbbit said in so many words we pay for parts we want are parts
Daniel I understand 100%. I did post in my first post what was relayed to me. They realized the order was for clear not Black. It stepped it back.
I do rely on my employees to take care of e-mails forwarded to them. Most of the time they do but they are human. Their may be 80 e-mails sent from their e-mail address a day. Some times 1 is missed or even 2, It does happen.
Also understand that we are not Jegs & Summit.
We are also not working out of a few car garage either. Our old facility was 96K sq ft. We went down to 10K sq ft. After speaking with a few other vendors that have been in the business I didn't need that big of a facility or maintain the amount of parts we were storing. Drop shipping was the answer.
If you noticed in a previous post I had fired 5 people. At least 3 were embezzeling $. We have had at least 3 people out last week due to illness.
We try & maintain 6 people here at all times. That hasn't happened for months.
This is not an excuse at all,Just reasons why we have been not as efficient as we use to be in PA. There we had everything in stock 10 employees etc..
We are however getting back on track.
Those of you who have been dealing with us remember when we moved from Baltimore to PA. We were S.O.B's for a good 4 months.:biggrin: Once we had the place organized we were shipping 400- 500 packages a week,Not parts packages with multiple parts. We became a better company.
We will be like that again soon. Just having problems with employees, this drop shipping thing,Manufacturers & Room.
Shipping problems are worse now then they have ever been. Throwing boxes away because contents are missing & not informing us the shipper.
Damaged parts taking 2 weeks to come back or not being picked up.
We are gearing up carrying vendors across the country as well.
We are planning to expand up to be about 20K sq ft. I'm thinking that will solve the problem. I will be posting tonight after normal business hours looking for Qualified employees.

Bweavy@aol.com That is the best way to reach me direct. I will either forward your e-mail to an employee to get you a tracking # or give you a response: our manufacturer shows it shipping on such a such date.
If you don't here back in 24 hours during a weekday e-mail again or call.
If you don't think your e-mails are getting thru or it is a second or next day situation then call. You do not have to ask for me direct we have 2 other people in the office that can handle it.
HOWEVER: If you are speaking to an employee & not getting a resolution e-mail or talk to me direct. I do handle these situations personally & make it right.
If you place an order & do not have a tracking # generated to your e-mail call & we will see what is going on or notify you when the order is placed it will ship in 48 business hours or may take longer. Normally we ship the same day.
Ok now bash me some more & have fun doing it.
