Remove front bumper turn signal lenses and cut off the inside portion of housing, the part with the 194 parking light lamp. Remove lamp and tape socket as it is not reused and will not affect turn signal function.

Grind/ sand the front outer edge flush with the fluted part of the lens as well as the front and backside of the mounting bosses. Fill the space in the remaining turn signal housing with black silicone so light doesn't get out or dust get in.

Make the driving/ fog light mounting bracket. I used 18 ga aluminum, 13" long, 2.5" max height (from bottom of bracket to the inside of the bend) and 1.5" deep (depends on light mounting) cut holes in the front panel for the turn signal to shine through and the driving/ fog light (shape depends on light used). I used a rectaganal light. The mounting bracket is sandwiched between the turn signal lens and the trim ring

Slide housing as high on the backside of the mounting bracket as you can, center, mark and drill holes (3/16") through the front panel to attach to the bumper. Clamp or bolt the mounting bracket to the front of the turn signal lens and mark holes in the top panel to mount the driving/ fog light (whatever size the light mount is, mine were 1/4").

Assembled on the bench

Check fit assembly.

I had to trim a bit (1/4"X 45 deg) off the bottom front corners. Disassemble and paint the mounting bracket to suit. I used black of course.

Reassemble and enjoy the view.

For those who like a more subdued look, with a tinted cover.

Left is cleaned aluminum for the chrome bumper folks and the right is painted black.

Of course there is wiring and aiming involved as well.

Thank you, I've had lights in that spot since the mid nineties but I had used some plastic lensed tractor lights that were modified to fit the space. They weren't good for much other than DRL's. I put brighter lamps in them and they started to melt so I got these lights a few years ago, and am just now working on them again.

Hey, great idea. Looks really EXCELLENT.

Not to take away from your very nice looking set up, another method for those who like driving lights, specifically the exact ones you have pictured and used, is to cut holes to size in the factory spoilers, slide in the running light and wire up. I went a step further and installed 100W LED projectors and tossed the yellow halogens.
