GN motor in a FD3S rx7?

I found a nice 93 rx7 roller for a good price (blown motor i beleive). I was just looking at the possibilities of swaps and thought, that would be unique and fun. I know they can fit an ls1 in the fd but i dont know about the GN motor.

What would be the problems? What would be most expensive?

Money is very much an issue, i could get the car for less than 5K, i think. I figure 4K for a decently built GN motor/trans/ecu stuff. 1.5K for misc custom stuff? Sound reasonable or is it out of my reach?
