Ordered some small items from Scot.

Long story short his online billing made an honest mistake and missed a discount I was to have taken off.

Scot PM'd me in less than 1/2 an hour offering a refund or other products to equal the over billing.

Even though it was a small thing that could have been swept under the rug, he notified ME ASAP to make things right.

He did not have to do that......
