Help ID these fuses and a plug under dash

pulled my digital cluster because nothing lights up on it. Gonna send it in to be repaired but found (2) 25 amp fuses behind it and one is blown. Any idea what they're for? Maybe the theft system? It seems to be working though.

Also I found a plug l under the dash by brake pedal that has a blue wire and tan wire. It has a resistor in between, is that factory?

dont know, but my digital cluster works only in the day time, if I turn on the park or head lights it blows the fuse. And I replaced everything in the console so the shifter is not causing it. Hope you find out I will be watching.

They are for the theft deterrent system.
