Hello all,
Some of you may have seen in my other post that I'm starting my post college job hunting for the first time. I'll be done in Dec. w/ a BS in Mechanical Engineering from U of Maryland @ College Park. I've had a hard time finding a jobs. I was hoping that there maybe other engineers that may be able to help me network. If you can help in any way, that be GREAT and very nice of you!!! I can email my resume.

Thanks guys for any help!

Jason

I'm a degreed engineer myself, however, I work in human resources at John Deere now. I used to work at Caterpillar and have some friends there. Wanna come to the Midwest? Not exactly a hiring frenzy here but there are openings.

If you want to go to Texas, I have some very good contract agent contacts that pay quite well in the Houston area but you'd better be a go-getter to work for him.

You looking to work on HVAC or design work?

Nashty,
I do not like the Washington D.C. area and would VERY much like to move out of here. Top on the list are CO, NM, AZ, NV, but would be open minded, e.g. TX. As for the type of work that I'm looking for, I have done HVAC and did not like it at all, would like to do some design work.

2quiktocare,
I have done some work on Monster.com with no luck as of now.

Thanks for the help so far guys,
Jason
