HELP no shift at wot

I just had the converter changed from a stock one, to a 3200 lock up vig, now the car will not shift at wot, it was fine before the converter change,
the gov. spring in on...
it will shift at normal driving ???
any thoughts????????????

ppens when you lift the throttle?how much rpms before it shifts,or does it go against the rev limiter?

if you floor it, it will take off and then hit the rev limiter,
let off the gas and it will shift.
the trans is not slipping, ????????

sounds like it needs a lower tv adjustment or the governor is too light for the intended application.did anyone have access to the trans when the convertor was swapped?

the trans was in the car, and worked great before the converter change,
the pan or nothing else came off,
just the 2 cables, i belive,
