I noticed if you remove the puck arm off the wastegate it has a little bit of sticking to it. In other words I could pull it all the way open and let go but it doesn't fall all the way back down. It sticks a little, but it takes very minimal effort to get it back down. i.e. you coud barely touch it and it would move.

Anything that I should be concerned about? or should i coat it with some anti seize?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds fine to me. You don't have any problem moving it off the exhaust housing right?

Don't load anti seize on it.. The hi egt at the turbine, will melt it, and it'll be blown onto the O2 sensor...I know, it says sensor safe...

jasjamz if you mean moving the puck away from the housing, no.

Scooby, point taken, though it does stick just a tad, not sure if it's hurting anything but a concern.

Chuck what would recommend for a lubricant that won't burn off?

Loctite Nickel High Temp anti-seize (Permatex) is rated to 2400* but it's not cheap, about $25 / 8oz. can.

I fought problems like that with mine except mine was way worse....I would lube it and after a little driving it would heat and expand and would not move . It would typically get stuck open and cause the car to not boost at all. I took the dp off took the rod out and drilled open the hole....the first time I did it only a few thousands bigger. It helped but it would still hang up.

The second time I took it back off and back apart I opend it up a good bit......

I have had zero problems since.....it is loose and works great now!

If yours gets worse you may have to do the same thing I did.
