Hey Guys, I finally got a hold of Tom at Champion and I had mentioned to him that people were looking for him here on the board. He told me that he is very short handed, the girl that was in the office is no longer there and he is in the process of getting someone else to take her place.
Tom said he is very sorry for the inconvenience and will try harder to get back to people and get things out.
I know it's hard and frustrating to not hear back or get in touch with someone that has your investment or get that part that you need ASAP. What I have noticed is that; as much as I hate to see it or say it, we are a dying breed and most of the vendors don't want to tie their money into something that’s going sit on the shelf so the orders are only placed from their vendor when we place our order especially big dollar items. We are at their mercy due to circumstances and the state of the economy. I am just glad that few of the vendors are still making products for our cars and I have learned to be patient and plan for additional months for the build every time where it would only have taken few weeks.
