OK...so my first anniversary is coming up this weekend. Wanted to get Kyle something special since he after all, is pretty good to me. :biggrin:
Thought I could pull some suggestions off your brains...anything but buying him another car though...ain't doin it!
Thought about doing one of those things where you can drive a race car for 20 laps or something of the sort..least I can do since the Camaro turned out so slow...lmao

Seriously though, what would you think is a good anniversary gift?

I sure did! Thought it would be fun to go play in the mud, so we did. There's a place in Laurel, IN called Haspin Acres. It's 750+ acres of nothing but woods and home to some really FUN muddin trails! Got him a couple cards, and spent the day together having some fun away from the kiddos. I posted some pictures below...working on the videos. :biggrin:

The Land Cruiser was actually a vehicle that an insurance company had totaled out (although Kyle and friends did 90% of the damage you see to it). Take the doors and windows out, add a vacuum hose as a snorkel, and off the road we go! The picture of the one with the tire missing is just one that we passed...apparently someone was having some fun! The Rubicon belongs to a friend of ours.
I wasn't sure how fun it would be, but once we got out there it was a BLAST! I'm working on the videos, but there's this hill called the devil's backbone...super steep and full of huge rocks. We've got video of a truck going down (and back up) it...then some guy on a quad who tried to get up it, but ended up rolling (yes...ROLLING) back down. Glad he was OK. It was so muddy since we had just had a ton of rain...but it was well worth it. A couple more pics...the first one is of the devil's backbone...the rest are of the Rubicon. I'll post the videos soon. If you do a search for Haspin Acres on YouTube, there's a ton of video out there.

Trust me, that aint steep. I've been up much worse (look up the lions back). Now you need to change your location to ILL-NOISE cause your hubby wants to drive your car all the time. lol
