Installing Fel Pro (F.A.S.T.) with PTE harness, how???

I just purchased a used Fel Pro SEFI8LO bank to bank w/wideband currently known as F.A.S.T. and I have the PTE harness for it. It has pretty nice length in wires and wondered, what needs to go through the firewall and what can stay in the car. I will mount the box under the seat to the carpet using velcro. How do I run it? I obviously dont have instructions but sure could use some.
