instrument panel lights - help!

Just bought my first GN, an '86......as I drive down the road the "washer fluid" and "fasten seat belt" lights will come on and go off every so often...this continues the entire time I'm driving. Any thoughts on how to fix this annoying little problem. Much thanks!

sounds like two seperate problems. check your connections. seat belt - under seat, washer fluid at tank. Also check ALL grounds including the dash mounting bolts.

The "convenience center" under the dash is most likely causing the seat belt lite.....I have not seen a car with a low washer fluid indicator lite.
