While cruising my WBO2 settle around 14.5-14.9 but when I coast down a hill, off throttle braking, my WBO2 skyrocket as high as 19.9. As soon as I put the trany in neutral, off throttle braking,the WBO2's settle back down to 14.5-14.9. Is this normal ? Thanks for your input, Kyle.
 
Yes it's normal. It's called decelerate fuel cut off DFCO. It is a fuel saving trick that is done with computer controlled cars. Basically they shut off the injectors when you take your foot off the gas to slow down
