Just to remind everyone who is having trouble with the fast system. I still have some help info located in my sig. However the new help instructions are very good now from fast located in the software itself. You need to read it everyday, makes excellent "washroom reading" material. 
I had a few pm's and just don't have the time sometimes to answer everyone.
Heres a few quick tips.
Do ONE change at a time.
Only 3rd gear WOT is best for calibrating the ve map. A/f will change on gear changes, dont't worry about it, and on decel.
Do final idle ve on a warm in engine in gear.
Rapid swings in o2 correction mean the gain is too high in a 3rd gear run.
Heres what i use for a/f
Cold start warm up 12.9~13.5
idle in gear depending on cam 13.5-14.3
light part throttle cruise 14.7-15
hard throttle cruise 12.9 -13.1
WOT 11.3~11.7 depending on what the car likes. Good luck!
