I've been hearing about this race in OK... sounds like fun ! I've been wanting to check out what my new combo will do, sounds like I'll be ready just in time to dispose of some v6 cars with my little 4 banger !

That "system" you rigged up for that lil' extra kick off the line is untested as of yet, so I may not be able to use it..... still fiddling with the soleniods

That sounds like one heck of a combo Horse.Definitely looks like you have done some research.I always did like the turbo 2.3s.Great little motor.I will enjoy seeing it run.

Thanks ! I don't have any track times with the turbo setup, but after making a few shakedown runs on the Tollway, let me tell you, this thing flies ! The boost comes on pretty high (4700 RPMs) but when it does, it feels like getting rear ended by a dumptruck !

I spent alot of time making this thing as light as possible (2450 with me in it) so that helps a lot, too. I may have gone a little overkill on the injectors, but with potentially 2 power adders I didn't want to have to worry about running out of fuel, plus someday I may really want to spin the motor to the moon and make some real power....

It's a real sleeper, too !

I assume it will have a little juice to get it off the line and spooled up with such a large turbo.I was going to build one like Joe Morgan had in his Pinto running 10.50s with mostly stock parts,but I came across a GN and I took it instead.I like the Underdog status,ya know.I want to get a look at this thing up close at Noble.Hopefully I don't get paired up with you cause I don't think my GN is quite ready for such a purpose built machine.I'll be happy to pull out some 11.50s.
