Location in the title of the For Sale or Want To Buy posts

Many forums have this requirement that you include the state in your post title of where you are located so people don't have to make multiple posts for "what's your location?" or the seller/buyer getting two thousand PMs asking their location. A simple add-on to the end of your post title will provide a LOT of information to the members.

e.g. FS: GNX #548 - original owner, fully documented, 0.8 original miles only (TX)
