FOUND THE WATER PUMP LOOSE DUE TO SPACERS USED ON THE FLEX FAN.
It was causing the pump to vibrate I assume.
The temp went from 205 to 175 once I added the spacers, I am looking for some type of expansion to add to the shroud to cover the fan blade. This will prevent the fan from cavatating like before. It already has a v-8 rad looking for a elongated pump shaft,and shroud any feedback?
