Len,
Good deal. I knew Don could get you taken care of.
Did you get your $ back from the original vendor?

Don,
Nice looking trans, do you bead blast the cases?

No. Dull aluminum paint. It's hard to find dull aluminum paint that looks like dull aluminum.

I see the Linkbacks don't work to nastyZ28.com

is there a bit of vendor protection going on there?

if so that sucks, shows how much integrity the board owns lack.

The linkback is dead because I killed it.
I made a post on Nasty Z when this all began about the reasons why it is best to go with a reputable 200-4R builder and not just an otherwise reputable builder or one who spends lots of $$ on advertisement.

Most of the reputable builders of 200-4Rs frequent this site or are well known in the TB community.

After I posted the link the builder (whom I notified) had already posted in this thread naming his business. He saw the linkback and asked why I had posted the thread on nastyZ.

I wasn't out to thrash his business online. The pics posted in this thread of what he let out of his shop (3 times I believe) are enough as it is.

If you refer back to the thread, you will find the info you want.

Although I don't post on NastyZ board much anymore, they are one of the better sites about not protecting vendors. Not like the vendor sponsored nazi sites that are all about the $$$ and not about free information being passed between enthusiasts.

All parts are thrown in the heated spray cabinet, scrubbed (you know how some cores can be), and the case is painted.

Thanks Jake.
