Mark Brown?

I have a leaking liquid intercooler and would like to talk to Mark Brown who made the intercooler..........any idea how to get in touch with him?
Is he still making liquid intercoolers?
Or if some one knows the proper procedure of pulling the core from out of the casing without screwing things up, that would help too!
