You should be able to run 136-137mph before you run that turbo out of air. At that point the wastegate will pretty much be held 100% closed. If your car isnt capable of running near that trap speed you arent maxed out yet. You may have incorrect geometry on your wastegate actuator arm also since those turbos were never setup to run diaphragm stock style wastegates. You could unthread the adjuster and shorten the threads on the actuator to be able to thread deeper. You can get it to the point where the actuator is held nearly 100% shut since the actuator arm will only have a tiny bit of travel when on the swing valve.
