Owners of the lot (Target I think) shut the Kemah meet down for pretty much, no good reason... just didn't want the cars there anymore.

This was the case. I made Kemah my Saturday ritual until the manager of the Target decided that she should show how much pull she had and made the cruise spot disappear.

CORRECT! Check the counties for emission regulations. Emissions required in Harris, Brazoria and Galveston counties for sure.

I sold my last buick last summer.But the WE4 is in good hands on to the next project.I'm going to try to make it to the chili cook off.Even thow no car i'd still like to stop and meet everyone sounds like fun.

From what I've read I thought that they didnt run emmisions tests on cars 25 years or older?

Visual inspection is required though. If you get the guy that knows what's supposed to be there you're screwed.
