Need help on possible purchase.

Alright guys im a GN newb and hoping you guys can school me real quick. Ive never owned a GN but always wanted one. Wanting some feed back on a car and what its possibly worth? Figured this was the best place to ask. If i posted this in the wrong section i apologize.

Here are some of the specifics that i got from the owner. The drivetrain was supposedly built around 09-2010
has a dozen or so runs on it and mostly street miles. He says the car goes consistent 10.70's

That's a pretty heavilly modified GN!! Are you sure you're ready for that kind of tuning challenge?? No HVAC (heat,ventilation,airconditioning), no cruise, no windshield washer. Pretty much a race only car, although I'm sure it's streetable.

Yeah as far as the modded part im good with that. I already have a 8sec car. im just looking for something that i can take out and drive around on a nice night. I would prob try and put the hvac and radio back in it, also the wipers.

Anyone else have anything else to chime in on? i see 60 people looked but only one replied? Whats this car worth just how it sits?

You need to drive the car and see for yourself whether or not you enjoy it or dislike it. Car has some good parts and body looks straight.

and i might be wrong but looks like no power steering, should be a fun car, but wouldn't recommend it as a daily driver, also how many miles street miles can it have with slicks? would guess it spends more time at the track then on the street.

Curious on price, that car has a lot of mods. Clean on the outside, a little rough inside. Could possibly be someone on the board selling it? Post up where you are, I bet you will get a handful of guys who would come with you and take a peek at it, or at least give you some pointers as what to look for, and whether it is worth the asking price.

12k, maybe less missing as much as it does. If you have a 8 sec car and want an around towner, I would look for something else. Big learning curve with that many mods and no hvac, power steering, etc.. Also your going to have to run race gas or install a $600 alky kit. Strictly a race car as far as I'm concerned.

The guy that is selleing it said he put the motor together and did all the other work on the car.
Not sure on who tuned the car.
Yes he does have tune files and data logs.
The car is located in Wisconsin, i am located in michigan.
The guy contacted me about it. i have a car that he is interested in trading for.
Yes he does have timeslips to back up the E.T's
The interior is one of my concerns

Supposedly the car has a 93 tune and a 110 tune.

I'm actually not sure if he is a memeber here or not. He contacted me about a possible trade for a mustang i have, so i dont think its listed forsale anywhere and i never got a cash price, just the trade offer. The car he is interested in is my BBC mustang. i would put its value right around $20k give or take a litte. He is located in wisconsin and i am in michigan.

from the pic you posted it looks like the alt only, you might want to double check
