Need help with torque converter selection.

I need suggestions on a torque converter. The engine will be as described in my signature. It’s highlights are ported heads, V4 intercooler, MM 208 cam, 3.42 rear, and 28” tall tires. The trans was rebuilt stock with no hardened parts and has about 1000 miles on the rebuild. It shifted fine when I removed it from the car. I have a recalibration kit for it from CK Performance that I will install this week. I need a torque converter for this car, but can’t decide between a $300 stock style “2800” converter or a $700 smaller “3200” converter like a 9/11 or a Precision or similar. Any suggestions? What are the pro’s and con’s of each.
