Did you insure and get a tracking number? USPS is troublesome at best, but I use it regularly. But only with insurance and tracking.

The big problem here is PHILADELPHIA.

Yes but I'd rather recieve what I paid for ( I'm the buyer) Than have the seller get FOOKED outta the shipping and have to wait for the 45 days to even Begin the claim process. Anyways take it for what it is worth.

DON"T USE IT TO NASTY OLD PHIADELPHIA, unless you want headaches.
You been warned

That's what u get when u pay a high school dropout $5.00 an hour to handle packages.

If you have the same USPS delivery clery or person, and they know you, you might wnat to keep a very close eye on any bills that you have coming to your house via USPS that have pricey interest rates for being late on payments, such as credit cards & such. In other words, if you don't get your credit card bill about when it is generally delivered in your mail, call about it. I unfortunately complained to my neighbors about our USPS service in a mobile home park, only later to find out that they had relatives that worked for the USPS local service. Now my credit card bill comes very late, & sometimes not at all. Go figure.

Complain ALOT to your local congressman (US). They can and will bring the pain....

Guess I'll have to stop by the unclaimed packages center here in Philly and sell some of your stuff back to you guys! Been buying and selling on eBay for 9 years and also buying and selling on craigslist and (knock on wood) never ever lost one package. Never had one damaged package either. I had someone ship me a huge box of misc. GN parts. The box was a little thin for the items and was broken open along the way. The post office made sure everything got back inside and taped the box back together! I shipped a piece of glass to Texas one time several years ago and thought I could have used an extra layer of cardboard when I shipped it. Sure enough it broke somewhere along the way. Post office paid for it right away for the full value. No complaints here!

lucky you Jim

Maybe your Cuz works for them. But I'm just makin it known that there are some Friggin Thieves at work. Get me my G-Dam Burhead headers back.

Working for UPS is too much like hard labor work for me! I like my office job :)

At work I use UPS and FedEx about 10 to 20 packages a week. We only had one get lost in the 5 years I've been there. It was a $20 grand camera lens. I called UPS every day for 2 weeks and all of a sudden it showed up in Florida in a warehouse. So I have found if you hound them and keep calling them (like anything else the squeaky wheel gets the oil) your packages will pop up. I also had a friend in Philly who had something sent to him and was lost via USPS. Well it showed up almost a year to the day it was missing! So hopefully you'll get lucky and it will show up. Just keep calling them and bustin their nuts.

Over 600

Just looked and I have received over 600 packages in about 4 years in Phila with not having one lost. Mostly USPS but also FedEx and UPS. Several damaged but those were due to improper packaging. Interestingly, last week the post office refused to allow me to ship a case of EOS which was overpacked in a Capt. Morgan liquor box (I told them it wasn't liquor but I didn't tell them it was oil because they wouldn't accept it if they knew). They said it was against USPS regs to use a liquor box. I guess they were afraid their employees might think it really contained liquor and it would have "dropped off the truck" somewhere. They told me to wrap the box in paper to hide the fact that it was a liquor box and that was OK. So perhaps its the box you are using.
Come to think of it, one item I ordered is now 4 days overdue. Must be the time of year.
