Since this thread seems to be dead and people keep asking me to make these things.

Here's my two cents.
IMO,
Your not going to find anyone to do a production run of these things. It would not be economically profitable on such a limited market. The mold to make these would be very complicated and expensive.

A few other problems:

*On our cars, the filler is attached to the body and the bumper is attached to the frame. Keeping in mind that the body of the car sits on big rubber bushings. There would be lots of flex between the two. You would most likely not be able to mount this part to the the bumper for support. straps going to other areas may need to be figured out for structural strength.

*Liability: If someone got into an accident with one of these things, the attorneys would be lined up ten deep to take the case.

*Fitment. The back of the car wouldn't be too bad. Most all the cars that I checked were all with in 1/32" of each other on over all width. The front would be another story. Fender and header panel fitment are all over the place. What would fit on one car, would look like crap on another.

There is a way...
If you really want one. Order fiberglass bumper fillers from me or another vendor. Adjust them to your specific car until your happy with how they fit. Order yourself a set of fiberglass bumpers. Cut them down and "graft" them to your fillers or take it to a body shop to finish, once you feel its beyond your skills.

Where there's a will, there's a way. How bad do you want it? All I ask is that you post pictures for others who may want to do this.

Same issue as fiberglass bumpers on a street car, I would not connect to the frame at all, simply body mount, been a few years since i did fiberglass work, but you may have convinced me to take that grafting route., My front fillers still look great after 10 years, bumper looks like hell, just replaced the rear fillers and bumper after being rear ended, and I made them graft together just like I had done, wish I had seen yours beforehand. But i have two more of these cars that need fillers and bumpers !

Well this has took A lot longer than I ever thought. I,m not A body man but wanted the one piece bumper set up for my car. I went to my body man and talk to him about doing it and he said he could. He does molds for the big Allegro bus so he knows what he is doing. The molds are pretty much done so i'm still waiting on him to make A run. Like I said I never thought it would take this long so all I can say is i'm sorry and hope it will happen before to long. If somebody else wants to make them that's good too like I said i wanted them for my car and just thought if somebody else wanted them to I could help them out.

We are having, just what you are talking about in carbon fiber. About three months or less should be ready to ship.
These will be made like what is on Don Cruz's car on the rear. The front will be the bumper, fillers, and air dam as one bolt on part. Carbon fiber header panel is in the works also as well as hoods and deck lids. The carbon fiber doors have been shipping as we speak....

hello; I'd like to see the carbon fiber when your ready sounds really nice. Most of us won't be able to go that route but there are a bunch of cars that would be to that standard. Would it look woven fiber ish or are they going to be painted?

http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/threads/glass-doors.385609/ It is hard to do the woven shiny finish without extra expense. They will most likely have a sanded finish ready for paint. Or they could be polished if you wanted to go for the carbon fiber look.

update. Here are some pic of the plugs. My guy said he is real close to making A run. So lets keep our fingers crossed! Here is A pic of one of the spoilers. This one will channel air to A front mount one will be solid and one will channel air to A stock location intercooler.

Those looks great, how does the spoiler mount?

Thanks for plugging along Chris, these are great, fitting a standard FG front bumper right now, but it will go to the TSO car when needed to be replaced by these on my street car.

There will be Aluminum reinforcement on the bottom of the Bumpers that the spoilers will mount to. I will gets some pic as soon as we get one together.

Just installed my spare FB bumper, it saved 25 lbs over the gutted steel version, but it will get pulled when these hit the streets, for track use only....

OK, my front fillers are giving the tell tale signs of cracking, I installed my last GM set in 98 I think, really want a one pc filler bumber combo in carbon or FG, whats the forecast ?, Gladly spend the ex wifes alimony on set ot two...
