I am in need of a converter for my Turbo T. It has a te-60, heads, cam, alot of other little stuff. I am looking for around 2800-3000 stall. I know that there are better converters out there but, this is my budget. Which is the better bang for the buck? I'm swaying towards Pat's b/c of the warranty it comes with. Are there any people that can convince me otherwise?
TIA

Well.... I think you can buy either one because from what may or may not be fact they come from the same place. :D

I was in the same boat as you budget wise so I bought the orange stripe and have used it for 3 seasons and like it.
I think my combo is about maxxed out so I need to start saving for a 9x11 or a multi disck 9" to go with a larger turbo.

Is the red and orange stripe converters Transcrafters? If so I do believe so.

If these 2 companies are the same, then why would the dealer (Pat's from what people think) be more expensive than transcrafters and how would they be able to supply a warranty. Keep em comin.
