Alright guys don't cry:frown:   . I went to a movie theater tonight, there was a car show for the opening night of the F & F 4 and I found this.

And yes its a T with Maroon interior and column shift. It used to be nice.

Anything but that. They ruined a perfectly good car. But maybe your right if I go to a place full of tuners and fart cans what can I expect.

I've seen worse. I saw all those ricers at the mall tonight waiting to see the movie. I was wondering why there were so many little sh!theads walken around the mall with ricer shirts.

It was raining so im assuming it pretty much ruined their night.

I put my car in the garage tonight and ran my erands in the wife's car. I already started getting "challenges" on the way home from work today. Right about then I knew the TR needed to be put away.

We'll see what tomorrow brings. I will avoid movie theaters, that's for sure.

When I go see... I mean when a friend of mine goes to see FF4, I'm sure the transportation will be my 02 Sentra with the grille block and black painted steel wheels. It reminds me of what a Nascar sentra would look like.

WHAT THE H*LL IS THAT? I want some of what they're on PLEEZE.

Change the wheels and this is a SICK T!! You dont think thats the kind of paint job you'd see on a full on drag T?? Very nice paint job, wish we had more pics.

Actually... who cares! I have mine in the garage. I do what I want to it and could care less what others think about my choice of wheels, paint, or interior. I never see people making comments like these at the shows when the actual owner is present, so why do it where he or she is not likely to see it? When a vendor or other respected member of the TR community chops, cuts, and drills on a nice car to make a TSO, TSM, or other caged up, frame altered, creature comforts removed 130+++ mph car it's cool though... They are just using their cars to compete in a different fashion and shouldn't be disrespected for it. I'm sure for those in the market to buy there are still plenty GN's and TR's to choose from.

I can understand doing your own thing but when someone cuts a car up to make a race car it's so the performance level can be increased. When one of these God awful cars are made it doesn't increase performance and most of them have no clue about safety so the car in most cases is dangerous on the road. There are laws to keep certain modifications off the road such as, you can't lift the front axle of a straight axle 4wd with lift blocks on leaf springs. Texas has such laws because it creates a dangerous torque on the blocks in turns and they WILL brake at the axle and cause an accident.

What is it about his picture?? Everytime I see it i'm like "WTF" . Is it the Dufus smiling behind the wheel, or the retard holding Ronald McCdonald with the stupid look on his face?

Another question, do these guys get paided to put that on their cars? I could never be that broke to have a car sponsored to look like crap...........well lets hope not:rolleyes:

I heard most of these "DONKS" rent their rims. How bad is it that you have to rent rims for your car?

BEYOND BELIEF!!!! Can a KofC be far behind???

True. Two each his own I guess. I'm actually battling whether or not to mini-tub my low mile T. A cage is otta the question ever but even hacking up the frame rails doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. No rattling cages, or squeaky rears, ect... Creature comforts are more important to some then others. Some of those paint jobs alone are worth $20k so it's not like money isn't being spend on them.

LOL I've also wondered the same thing....when you advertise Skittles or M&M's on the sides of your car, if it's sponsor ship. (God I'd hope so)

I've also heard some of these guys rent their rims. LOL so I guess when you fail to pay the monthly rent on them do they come and evict them off your car? :p

Guess you'd only need to rent them when you worked for Popeyes for a living living in a run down trailer and wanted the world to think you were rich and cool with your flashy clothes and car.

How many times have you seen cars with slicks and front runners on the street? How about bumping your head on a roll cage during a fender bender. Will that TSM suspension allow you to take a corner on the highway and rest assured it will feel like what GM wanted. There is a risk whenever you modify a vehicle in a mechanical aspect. Be it safety, reliability, or ride quality. They are using the same tricks the 4X4 guys have been using for years, just a different platform minus the knobby tires. I'm not sure if noticed but cars are coming from the dealers with wheels that range from 17" to 22". It is an appearance thing for the most part. In 99 when a "baller" put 20" wheel on his Escalade some said it was "hood" or "ghetto". Now you see Grandpa next to you at the light in his 09' Escalade with factory 22"s

I agree to each his own. I see you just pick up a nice one.

That blue and green one above with the custom paint jobs have some pretty cool elements to them. It almost looks like Eddie from Iron Maiden in the green one...lose the quasi gang themes to the paint job and the wheels and they wouldn't be all that bad.

I can't believe that the wheels would be 'rented' given the majority of the clientele and where they reside.

LMAO!

I don't think the paint scheme is too bad in the OP, not well executed because of color choice, but the checkered flag to flames IMO seems like a cool idea. If it were different colors with some 18/20 TTII's It'd look great
