Precision Vigilante 3500 RPM single disk lockup converter

Selling my Precision Vigilante billet 9.5" single disk 3500 rpm stall lock up torque converter for 2004r transmissions.
I bought it new in 2008. Rebuilt by Precision in 2011. Less than 3000 miles on it since then. Less than 20 passes and NEVER locked at WOT. I took it off the car last year when I switched to the PTC 9.5" N/L.
Number on flywheel side is 45462 followed by the letter "o".
