Re Install of PL & Scanmaster

Why isn't any data showing on the scan master? Key on, the scanmaster shows the version of itself and version of the powerlogger. When I cycle through options I don't see any data coming in. All parameters are 0 except CLT which is -99 and Bst showing -32. The white wire is wired in on the PL's analog block in slot 7 and was removed from the orng at the ECM (ADDL). Could the main board to the ECM be bad. Or is there a way for me to trouble shoot this issue. Any help is needed and appreciated.

I'm currently running Scanmaster ver 2.2 w/ PLC 3.0.
