Look quick the jumper valve is from ron's custom auto(Max-Boost Launch Kit). Great people to buy from, they should have the switch ready by now I hope because I want to add one to my car. Ron's Custom Auto #1-800-718-7667/1-908-241-7211.

I have not ordered the pump. All I have done is put new soft organic shoes on the rear and that did not help.

I don't think the vacuum pump will do anything. I put a vacuum pump on my system just to see if it made my brakes feel better and it didn't. Didn't really try to hold boost. That wasn't my intention. Normal braking..........pump on or off, made no difference.

Red Regal---For normal driving, the vacuum brakes are fine. I just need help in holding boost at the line. Sure wish you had tried holding boost when you had the vacuum pump installed.

elcamino383---I am concerned about the abuse the trans/driveline would take with the transbrake (break).

slamming6---Thanks for the contact number. I will give them a call.

I think your problem is with your back brakes. They don't hold, not because of low vacuum, but because something mechanical, like adjustment for example, is not right.

with drums fine, adjust them, but what about my baer 12" discs? how can i adjust them?
