I am getting my trans rebuilt. I was looking into getting a transbrake, because with the TTA there is no way to hold boost with the foot brake. I was wondering if the electric transbrakes are better than the mechanical and why? I only know of a couple of companys that make the transbrakes for 2004r.
I was wondering whats the price range? I know that some of the electric transbrake can cost some money. With the mechanical transbrakes to I need a full manual valve body?
THANKS
Joe

Mechanical transbrake: $150 Kit, easy install, very reliable, use stock VB and shifter (I can send you the detent plate mod). Negatives: Slow reaction times, cannot roll the car into the second beam once TB engaged. Still love mine thought
