Recommendations for suspension set up

Finally getting my car back out after it sitting for years. Car ran good for not being tuned with the new motor and only running 21 psi. Car went 10.0 at 135 off the foot brake on a radial. On a slick off the brake it went the same but had a 1.44 60' time. its a full weight 87 T-type with a 274 stage motor and a 400 in it. Looking for help setting up the suspension to 60' better. thanks for your help

Easiest thing to do is get an IC relocation kit. This will allow you to get better 60' tims with great weight transfer and traction.
