Redone GTA Wheels...Clear coat?

I'm having a set of GTA wheels redone. The centers are going to be powdercoated gloss black and the lip polished.

My question is once this is done and I get the wheels back should I clear coat the enitire wheel or leave them as is.

Whaddaya think guys?

Clearcoat them.

Im 99% sure the wheels I bought had been redone. There is definitely clearcoat over the polished lip. (I know because there is a tiny bit of black overspray on the lip and under the clearcoat). The lip will hold up much better than untreated.

I guess the lip can be treated, but NOT the black center piece...

Have them put clear powder coat over the
entire wheel. I do it all the time looks good
and protects your wheels,cleans easy....etc...

I think I'm going to go with polishing and clearcoating the lip only.
