Sam Dennis passed away

Maybe some of you guys knew Sam. He had a few GN's, sold his last one to someone in Alaska. Then bought a Viper. Story I heard was that he had cancer, fell in his house and broke a leg, which led to a coma and then died. Sam was a really nice guy. he was known as Turbosam6 and TS6 on this board. he was struggling with cancer for a few years now.

Wow! This is very sad news..... I knew Sam well, we traded parts and talked cars now and then. I knew he got out of Turbo Buicks a while back and got into LS1's. I also thought he beat Cancer. Well you never know what tomorrow brings!

Sam and i worked on a few turbo regals when he had one. Sam also put my A/C in my house he was a great guy and will be missed.

Hey Sean- How have you been? I had a tenant who I was trying to evict. The A/C quit working at the house and they knew that Sam was the guy to call. Well, I called Sam first and told him not to respond if they called him. Sure enough, they called him but he didn't go look at it. Turned out all it was, was the circuit breaker had tripped. If you come to Champaign, check out the GN with the new paint! Trying to get it ready for Parkland show. Do you still have the silver TR?

Yes still got the silver t. Need to replace the fuel pump i have one of the bad walboro pumps. I just bought a white t parts car. Going to part it out because the floor boards are gone and to rusty to save. Its all there and its bone stock.

Being into HVAC and Turbo Regals Sam and I had alot in common.I used to look him up every year we went to Morocco back in the day.He was the first guy I ever saw with the black color clear headlights on his car and he helped me find one of the last sets in anyones inventory.He had a MAF go out and couldnt get home one year and I had a spare ,Gave it to him and sure enough about 4 days later it was in the mailbox.Totally honest cool guy that was a riot to be around.I think he was there eggin us on when we made the sparkler bomb in the parking lot of the hotel and set off all the car alarms that friday night.Thats 2 good Buick friends i will miss gone this year R.I.P Turbo SAM

RIP Sam,
You were always a good friend of mine and had a great sense of humor. He drove my car back from Bowling Green one year when my pick up truck motor blew up at bowling green. Always had a great time when he was around and was so meticulous about his GN. And he loved his street racing. You will be missed my friend.
