it was rezoned just a few years ago for tax purposes.

Brutin Smith is awsome saw an interview with him, about he said he would look for another place to build a new faciality and closes Lowes. They started construction of drag strip and then were told they couldn't build it. Politicans and all these people complain about noise but move near a race track that has been there for ever. It would make sense to move, Charlotte is an older track and could be used for testing for Nascar teams and run other programs there. Brutin would love to build a new update racing complex.
