SMC dual nozzle hook up

I need some help with the dual nozzle hook up, well really some pictures of the brass fitting and how they are connected. I received a fax copy of the instructions but the pictures are not clear. I was installing the dual nozzle kit and "Friend" decided he would help while i was off drilling the holes in the Uppipe. Well I came back and he had disassembled all the fittings and elbows etc. Needless to say neither he or I know exactly how to put it back together correctly. We made a stab at it but we're left with one extra fitting that was once on the kit.
A picture of the set up would help alot.
