It seems he is a little understaffed sometimes, and that surely pisses people off waiting for parts, but the man brings us parts no one else will. I won't say he's great or bad, but he will continue to get my business. I can't blame people with bad experiences going somewhere else though. That's why some people are Chevy guys and some are Ford. Results may vary.
