i don't think you can catch it.. but working on the same damn car gets old.. it's fun at first but when you want to go fast stuff breaks.. I LOVE cleaning it, don't get me wrong..

Just kidding, I actually do not like geting my hands dirty if there is no reason to do so. I don't even love to clean my car, but I force myself to do it as I can't afford to let the car go. Once gone past the point of no return, they are virtually difficult or impossible to bring back. And fwiw, I have the same amount of respect/admiration for a person that chooses not to clean or work on his own car just as much as the guy that does all his own work. The car being kept reasonably clean and in good shape is the important item here.
