Pretty sure I've been had by this company or so they might think. I ordered chrome fender brackets from them and they charged me a rediculas core charge of $70. Anyway, I returned the cores on June 4 this year and haven't heard a word from them. Multiple phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Maybe this post will warn the next guy who might order from them. I did get a signed receipt from them via UPS saying they did get the core.

A bit of due diligence on your part, B4 dealing w/ that bunch, may have saved you some grief....
Sorry to hear you got screwed. You are but 1, on a list of several.
The up side is, it's $70, and not $7K.....

They suck. Don't know how they've stayed in business this long.

Well I guess by those core charges they can stay in business.

If you paid with credit card, call your bank and have them do a charge back.

I know someone in Az that is fixing a GN that they destroyed and charged the owner of the GN the bank.

Just tell them you haven't recieved back your cores or the replacements you purchased.

I have yet to read one good thing about those guys.

That is why I have tried to tell people to buy from VENDORS THAT SUPPORT THE BOARD!

There is usually more than one reason why certain vendors are not vendors here;)

My buddy toook his car to their shop a couple of years ago to dyno tune it. His car was running lean under boost and it took them 2 days to figure out why. My buddy actually figured it out. Turned out he had a bad MAF (which I told him to check before he left :D). Since he knew what the problem was he loaded it back up and brought it home. They still charged his credit card $800 when they did no work on the car and it wasn't even dynoed. Stay away from them. He said their shop was so unorganized, they spent alot of time throughout their visit looking for other customer's parts. My buddy said once the phone rang, he looks at the caller ID and said, "I know that guy and he's pissed, so I'm not answering that".

Wow, had no idea! Bought a few things from them about 7 years ago. Luckily it was just small stuff.. Will stay away, thanks for the heads up.

Hey All. I just want to confirm. They prob have more then one shop. But is this place located in dallas,ga. Reason being. I was gonna take both my GN and T-type to have them dynoed tuned. But might change my mind. Tks John

Don't know if they're still in business or not but yes they were/are in Dallas. I wouldn't take my push mower there.

Wow. I'm glad I saw this thread. I was talking to a friend thats a member here about them. I talked to one of the guys at SE Turbo. Was getting ready to take both my cars to them. But might look for another place now. Whats a good place that work on and dyno GN's in the Atlanta area. Tks John

Wow after reading these threads it seems that I luckily "dodged the bullet" (so to speak), as I bought one of their 3" Stainless Steel (Long Sweep) Down Pipes made for Kenne Bell / ATR headers back in 2009 and even had them send it out to "Jet Hot" for special coating before shipping it to me. Eventually got my pipe and everything went smoothly & without issue.

Before ordering I had heard stories and was a little nervous about dealing with them. After much research at the time, it seemed that I didn't really have much choice and pretty much had to deal with them as no one else offered this kind of pipe with an internal puck. I didn't want an ATR as I heard of many sticking puck issues.

So sorry to hear of all these unfortunate incidents people have experienced, guess it's just a sign of the times.
I agree that if possible, try to keep your dealings with vendors that are approved on this board & be very leary of "crossing over to the dark side".

I had an issue with them also. Took almost 5 months to get a set of valve covers. Call after call, emails with no reply. Promises saying they would ship in 3-4 days and never did. Not worth the headaches. Such a simple thing ended up taking up so much effort. I didn't loose any money . Just not an easy transaction.

How many responses, reporting bad feed back do you need, B4 you walk away from this idea??
Noone left around here, [that I know of, anyway], that does dyno work, on turbo Buicks.
Might call Brad brand @ Atlanta Chassis Dyno. He's the only place I know that might do that. [We did mine there. But, it had a FAST system on it.]

Might change my mind. Just a fig of speech Guys. haha. My mind was already made up as soon as I read this thread. I talk to one of the guys there "before" I read this thread and didn't get a good vibe then. So looking for somewhere else. But Thanks to all.
