Speedpro 204/214 questions

As you may have guessed, I'm looking to buy a 204/214 ft for my new engine along with the ht 969 lifters. First question: how much to have these parts cryoed and is it worth it? Second: I'm having trouble locating this particular cam (part# cs1016r?), where is everyone getting them?

Anything else I need to know about this cam?
