those wheels are 2 piece and that noise you here is an aluminum piece that is where the lugnut holes are. hope this helps.

And the finish on your wheels looks exactly like the Pro Stars and the Drag Lites that I have had in the past, new Welds from Jegs. They all had some very slight scratches in the finish, definitely not show quality chrome appearance, just polished aluminum. Also, make sure you keep tabs on the tightness of them after install, as they have a tendency to loosen up over time. And don't over torque them as they are prone to cracks if over tightened.

I bought 300.00 ea. MT wheels that had just as bad of a finish. I think its just the nature of the beast.

What do you use for polish Louie? Seems I have used everything with no lasting effects. Always rub till blk appears and then remove but seems all polishes for aluminum sucks.\\\ Ever thought of polishing and then clear coating?

I have bought 2 sets of welds from Summit and they both had scrathces in them. Even the 1800 dollar AR TT II's had scratches.

Out of everything that is readily available at the store, Blue magic works best for me.

I've heard these wheels break or bend easy? I need a set of wheels and was considering them but.....
